By using cardprice.com or the CardPrice app you agree to these terms. They’re deliberately short — please actually read them.

The service

CardPrice tracks Pokémon TCG market prices, graded values, population data, and lets you manage and share a collection. The service is provided “as is”, and features may change or be discontinued.

Prices are estimates, not advice

All prices, valuations, graded values, grade estimates, and population figures are estimates derived from third-party market data. They update on a delay, can be wrong, and may differ significantly from what a card actually sells for. Nothing on CardPrice is financial, investment, or purchase advice. Always do your own research before buying, selling, or grading.

Your account

• You’re responsible for your password and for activity on your account.
• One account per person; don’t impersonate others in showcase handles.
• You can delete your account at any time from the account page or the app — deletion is permanent.

Acceptable use

• Don’t scrape, bulk-download, or resell CardPrice data or images.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt the service or access other users’ data.
• Showcase content (display name, bio) must not be unlawful, hateful, or impersonating.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Intellectual property

Pokémon and card images are trademarks and copyrights of Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures Inc., and GAME FREAK. CardPrice is a fan-built price research tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by them, nor by TCGplayer, PSA, BGS, CGC, or SGC. Card imagery is displayed for identification purposes.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardPrice is not liable for losses arising from use of the service — including buying or selling decisions made using our price estimates, data inaccuracies, or service downtime. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
